An incurable good

Digressing from the forced maintenance of one's body-spirit

A site-specific installation and performance conceived as a dialogue between generations, in the connivance and coexistence of archaic and new media. Healing the wounds of the future to make the past survive.

The curator is today the key figure in the art world. The curate is today the key figure in the society of medical-pharmacological psychosis. The incurable is the extra weapon in the hands of the society of entertainment. The cure is the means that attempts to execute the end. The cure is the unjustifiable end of time. The director-author cares for the actress-opera just as the doctor cares for the patient: same solicitude, same tyranny? Does the physician care for the patient as the mother cares for the child? Parental care extended to watchwords: Suspend (punishment?). Discontinue (ill-treatment?). The cure lies perhaps in not having solutions.

From natural selection to the struggle for visibility. From ethical-historical-critical-aesthetic (s)election to the struggle for survival. Who are the most dedicated (to destruction)? Those who expose themselves (to greater risks)?
